Troop 12 Special Honors
ORDER OF THE ARROW
Youth members elected by their peers into the BSA brotherhood of honored campers. Adult members are appointed by the Troop.
POLAR BEAR
Troop 12 recognition awarded to Scouts who bravely and safely spend a night sleeping in a tent with outside temperatures below freezing.
WILDLIFE INTERACTION
Special recognition awarded annually to one Youth and one Adult for having the most interesting interaction with wildlife on a Troop 12 outing.
NYLT Trained
Scouts attending BSA's premiere youth training program: National Youth Leadership Training.
VARIOUS
A variety of Troop 12 awards given for special events and contests such as Fishng Derbies, Photo Contests, Cook-offs, etc.
